Being able to navigate the city with ease added significant value to our overall experience. Moreover, the hotel rooms were impressive in terms of space and comfort. The ample room size offered a sense of relaxation and freedom that greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. It is clear that the design and layout of the rooms have been thoughtfully planned with the guest's comfort in mind. However, what distinguished my stay at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana was the staff's noteworthy attention to detail. On the occasion of SO's birthday, they prepared a special birthday room, a gesture that was both unexpected and highly appreciated. This personal touch demonstrated a level of customer service that goes above and beyond what is typically expected. From the strategic location to the spacious rooms and remarkable customer service, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future stays and highly recommend it to other Turkish travelers.
