Our room was an upgrade, except we could not get an upgraded room with one big bed. We had to take two twin beds. My wife and I have not slept separately in years, hahaha. But the hotel is incredibly cozy, a great old school vibe, and the room had an unbelievable view of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommend this hotel.

Ryokan Asunaro: una posada japonesa tradicional en Takayama. El Ryokan Asunaro se encuentra a solo 6 minutos a pie de la estación de Takayama y del centro de autobuses de Nohi, y ofrece una... Our experience ar Ryokan Asunaro was exquisite. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted kindly and helped with our bags. Everything was explained clearly and we even got to choose our own kimono’s to wear inside the Ryokan during our stay! The room was spacious, very clean and nice and warm. The tatami beds were very comfortable to our surprise (first experience with them) and we enjoyed the onsens as well (seperate for men and women). The Ryokan itself was so cosy, it felt like walking into a home. When checking out, we were also helped with shipping our bags to our final destination, which helped a lot. Highly recommend Ryokan Asunaro!

El Oyado Koto No Yume se encuentra a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de Takayama y ofrece habitaciones de estilo japonés con un toque colorido. Location was exceptional - great base for exploring. The staff were all very helpful. We loved their restaurant recommendations and that reservations were made for us. Breakfast was also a positive experience - we tried all three options.

No está del todo céntrico pero el Shuttle funciona muy bien.

The host/staff, the villa, the landscape, the location & the star, Mt Fuji is just infront of you.! My daughter loves the hotel’s friendly cats. We love everything. Hiro helped us with booking a taxi to go to Fujiten Snow Resort which is 30 min away. Tq so much Hiro & team😊
