Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Everything, it was an amazing stay. Miyajima was my favorite place in Japan and this guesthouse was incredible

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. A well equipped property with enough space and everything that could have been wished for.

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. My partner (now my wife) and I have always loved the view of the iconic torii gate in Miyajima. While looking for a highly rated hotel in the area, we came across ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA and decided it would be the perfect place to celebrate her birthday, and secretly, I was planning to propose to her on that special day. I initially reached out to the hotel just to ask if they offered any simple in-room proposal decorations. To my surprise, Haruka and Yuriko responded with so much enthusiasm and so many thoughtful ideas — from how to hide the ring box, to when they could prepare the room while we were out, to setting up a beautiful arrangement. On top of all that, they even upgraded our room as a surprise. It was all far more than I ever expected. A huge thank you to Haruka, Yuriko, and everyone at ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA. Your kindness, genuine warmth, and incredible attention to detail made this such an unforgettable experience for us. We’ll always remember how you helped us on one of the most important days of our lives — and we absolutely plan to come back. As for the hotel itself: the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from Itsukushima Shrine. It means you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views both early in the morning and later at night. Our room was elegantly designed, with top-quality amenities and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. And the meals — dinner and breakfast — were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. This is the most memorable and enjoyable hotel stay I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA to anyone looking for a truly special, relaxing experience in Miyajima.

The room is really big and spacious, which surprised us from our other stays in Japan. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Amazing location, right by the ferry station.

Hiroshima Washington Hotel offers accommodations with free WiFi access. Hatchobori Tram Station is a 5-minute walk and Hiroshima Station is a 15-minute tram ride away. This place had the biggest rooms in all our Japan trip. View from our room was nice too.

-G7 Hiroshima Summit 2023 Venue- Overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, Grand Prince Hotel is located a 15-minute drive from central Hiroshima. I loved everything, the view is incredible, the Hotel has everything you need, and was super beautiful and cozy 😍

Hotel Granvia Hiroshima is directly connected to the JR Hiroshima Shinkansen (Bullet Train) Station. Only 3 minutes after the exit of the Shinkansen in Hiroshima making it easy access to train and busses. Staff was exceptionally good and the room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone who want a good night sleep and not to worry of how to get to your next accommodation.

Reopened in April 2014 after renovations, Miyajima Morinoyado offers comfortable guest rooms and a spacious public bath. Away from the bustle of the main street which means you would have to be ready to walk a bit more or take a island can if you are not calling the hotel to pick you. If you know how to contact them for pick up, it'll be great!! For the price you pay, it's great value as it comes with dinner and breakfast. Both meals were 9/10!

Located next to Kanayamacho Tram Station, Chisun Hotel Hiroshima is a 5-minute walk from shopping area Hatchobori. Free WiFi is available. The hotel is strategically located near the Kanayamacho streetcar station.
