Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Guests can wear colourful yukata robes at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The owner is very nice. We were droping by to the station by the owner. The place is near to everywhere. And love the outside onsen.

Guests at Onishiya Suisyouen Ryokan can experience a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and tatami (woven-straw) flooring, or enjoy a Western-style room. Wonderful ryokan with fantastic meals, super helpful staff, nice own onsen and great traditional rooms. Can only recommend!

Founded in the 12th century and beloved by Junichiro Tanizaki and other Japanese novelists, Tosen Goshobo is the oldest of the hot-spring inns at Arima. Standing beside the Taki River, it features outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional in-room meals and is a 5-minute walk from Arima Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. The atmosphere is fantastic, so are the meals. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, they tweaked our dinner plans and private onsen reservation without fuss due to a thunderstorm… By all means the most authentic ryokan in Arima Onsen.

Villa Fontaine Kobe Sannomiya offers modern rooms with free wired internet access. Free Wi-Fi is available at the 5th floor lobby. The East Exit of JR Sannomiya Train Station is only a 5-minute walk away. It was above expectations both for the price and in general, although i think we booked out of tourist season it still seemed better than the ratings.

Guests can relax in the public hot-spring baths or request massages for an extra cost. I really loved staying at this hotel. The onsen was such a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring Himeji. The room is consistent in size with most hotels in Japan and had a good layout. I especially loved the free ramen and ice cream in the evenings. Incredible value. Great location (very close walk to Himeji shinkansen station)
