The staff is very-very helpful. The hotel has a nice, modern and chill atmosphere! I would give them 11 point if I could. Try the plum wine! Also the guide (about the restaurants) in the room was quite helpful.

I loved everything about the accomodation. Bathrooms and onsens were an unforgettable and uniquely Japanese experience, the whole place was spotless and the location so close to everything. I didn't want to leave. The futon, the hot water in the room, the attention to detail are all so lovely. I cannot rave enough.

It’s close to the train station, huge rooms, great staff. We loved the toiletries and extras provided. Hotel had a fitness room and coin operated washer/dryer. Tourist attractions are a bit of a walk but walkable. 7-11 next door.

The hotel was clean. The room was a bit small (typical in Japan) but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good amenities, very clean and altogether lovely stay.
