A 5-minute walk from Koen-Shimo Cable Car Station, cosy family-run ryokan Lalaca features indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths which use natural hot spring water directly pumped from the source. Such a wonderful place to stay in Hakone. They have public and private onsen and the view from the onsen is beautiful. The room is really big and the dinner is fantastic. The localisation is really good also with the train at 10min walk. And it is so quiet. It is not cheap but it is worth the money you put in there.

We loved the spacious room, the yukata to wear around the hotel, the something-of-everything breakfast and, best of all, the wonderful hot springs onsen. The outdoor pool with enchanting gardens at night are truly special!

This was a great hotel. Friendly helpful front desk team, very welcoming. The room was great. We could lie our suitcase down in the hallway so enough space to move around, had a desk, coffee maker, comfy bed, clean & well presented. Not a huge room but certainly had everything we needed. The location was an easy walk from the subway, close to Chinatown & other places of interest. We really enjoyed our night here & would highly recommend.

Der tilbydes unikt designer-vandrerhjemsindkvartering i samarbejde med forskellige kunstnere. the location is perfect. you have the temples super close, the train station with amazing little japanese stores and restaurants, the ocean nearby, the onsens. it was an amazing experience.
