Exceptional service the moment you step in to the hotel. I rented a car, and there was valet parking (24 h) provided. Parking was reasonable at 15000yen per day. Welcome drink was given, and guests could also get freebies like face masks, moisturizer, tea/ capsule coffee at the lounge to enjoy in the room. There's a coffee maker in the room. Great location too as it's only 10 min away from Naha airport via monorail with a sheltered walkway. There's also plenty of 24h convenience stores just across or below the building.

Easy check-in and check-out. Staff able to speak English.

A 15-minute walk from the vibrant Kokusai Dori Street, Libre Garden features a garden, an Italian restaurant and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It offers contemporary rooms with a classical... I chose the place for the breakfast reviews and it was great indeed - and everything else too. Nice room, amenities and drinking water available for free, and the staff, at the reception, at breakfast, everywhere, was just wonderful. I like that they give you the option of having your room cleaned or not which saves a lot of energy and unnecessary laundry. Would definitely stay here again next time in Naha. And: One of the best Izakaya is just around the corner or our the back door.

Right on the beach of Okinawa’s west coast with direct access to the stretch of white sands of Rizzan beach, Rizzan Sea Park Hotel offers 2 swimming pools, marine activities, tennis courts and 8 food... My trip was rescheduled due to Taiphoon. The hotel staffs were very nice to agree adjusting accommodation date. The beach and service is super! thank you, Rizzan.

Staff was so helpful & friendly! We came to see the Tug-O-War and it was the perfect location in regards to proximity to the event and to Ryubo Dept store plus Kokusai street. The rooms were so big and comfortable. We (including the kids) loved our stay! It’s just city-view but we weren’t coming for the view. I like that we had the option to do laundry and it’s actually affordable (¥200 per washer load—¥100 per 30mins in the dryer) The breakfast was ok—not a huge variety but still delicious.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A room change to a room with ocean view was very easy and the view was great. Very close to the Monorail station and Bus stops.
