Elegantly decorated, spacious rooms are all located on the 24th floor and above. Rooms feature a stunning view of varying heights. Guests staying in the Club rooms have access to the exclusive Club Lounge. Everything went well. Right from check in to check out. The staff was just excellent. The staff at the Lounge Bar and at the Splendido restaurant were extremely warm and were always looking after us. The Concierge, the bell staff and room service everyone as just excellent. Mr. Simon Finch was super welcoming and very warm and ensured our needs were met.

Universal City Station is a 12-minute ride from JR Osaka Station via train, and a 20-minute ride from JR Shin-Osaka Station, where bullet train access is provided. The limousine bus service from Osaka International Airport to the property takes 45-minutes. From Kansai International Airport, the limousine bus will take 70-minutes. By car, it is around a 20-minute drive from Osaka via the Hanshin Express Way. Great location for USJ touring

Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and pay-per-view channels. There is also a refrigerator. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a bath and a hairdryer. Extras include cable channels. A really surprising place, in a good but not crowded area. Very good reception (tiny but), and great layout with rooms around a void. Pretty good sized room for the price. We were there for three nights and it worked out well for two people. The real surprise is the nicely set out (more than basic) free breakfast that is available (I'm sure I didn't see it advertised when I booked), as well as ICECREAM ALL DAY!! It's a really nicely set up foodie area open all the time. (And yes some free (safe) alcohol at night). Oh yes - location is very good - 500 m. accessible to metro, so really no need for (very expensive) taxi from airport, which takes Osaka's weird above ground great circle route!

Boasting large public hot spring baths and hot spring water in every en suite bathroom, Hotel Hanshin is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from JR Fukushima Station. JR Osaka Station and the lively Umeda area are within a 10-minute walk. Free Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms. The room is quiet, spacious for a room in a big city. Community mall opposite the hotels have multiple selections of food but they don't open later than 11 pm. The bath inside the room is the best thing because you can switch the to mineral water or tap water. The room has a fire exit down below the window where you can escape outside and get out of the building from a secure balcony. The Fukushima JR is right next to the hotel (loop line). Love everything! Shared onsen opens from 10 am to 10 pm so I didnt get a chance to experience since I went out early and come back late. LOL!!! They don't allow people of ink to the shared onsen. 3 minimarts outside the hotels 7-11, Lawsons and other I can't recall.

Staff is very very kind, we have some problems to send our luggage because the destiny hotel but they help us with everything. Domo arigato gozaimassu! The room is very very clean. We loved it.
