The staff is extremely kind and professional! They made my short stay feel really nice and relaxing. Helped me get plug adapters for my european chargers among other things! :)

Enjoyed the dinner and picturesque property provided by Nanten-en. It’s an old but well preserved ryokan nested in beautiful nature. Very thoughtful to have a humidifier that most properties don’t have!

Featuring a classic European-style decor, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda Subway Station. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.

The hotel features private parking, various cafes, restaurants and shops on site, as well as free WiFi access in all areas. Perfect hotel that is just a few steps away from Universal Studio and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I do plan to make another trip out and will be coming back to this hotel. 10/10

Re-opening in July 2014 after a thorough renovation, HOTEL RELIEF Namba Daikokuchou is located in Osaka. Free WiFi access is available. Room is really great for 2 person. There is bath tub and there are bath powder service for free. Really love this! And there is a staff that can speak Thai 🫶🏻 also bread in morning is the best!! Crossant is no.1 but all 5 days we lived, we can catch only a crossant cuz its the best lol

Open from November 2015, Courtyard by Marriott Shinosaka Station boasts a 19th-floor Teppanyaki restaurant and rooms furnished with modern interior. Great location and well kept and good sized rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant on the main floor was quite good as well.
