I loved everything about this hotel from our beautiful bedroom facing the lake; the kimonos offered to us that they encouraged you to wear throughout the hotel; the buffet food that was offered for happy hour was plentiful and so delicious. We used their laundry facilities and the staff were kind enough to show us how to operate it; it was a little different than what we had ever used. They also helped us arrange the bus ride and train ride to Nagoya which we really appreciated. I would stay there again when visiting Japan, simply perfect.

Mount Fuji view from the villa is superb. Thank you for upgrading our cottage to superior one. The room is very spacious and clean. Don’t forget to enjoy the Onsen either late night or in the early morning too!

A 7-minute walk from Lake Kawaguchi, the 2-person cottages at Ururun have a quaint European charm and offer a spa bath with Mount Fuji views. Sleeping arrangements are Japanese-style, with futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Parking is free. The location was fantastic. The views from the rooms were awesome. We woke up to the sight of Mount Fuji. The host was very friendly and nice, and my boys had a great time cycling in the area to the views of Mount Fuji. Very accessible, and the amenities were great. Will definitely return!

Kawaguchiko Train Station is a 15-minute walk away. Free WiFi is available in some rooms. We rented the cottage which was a treat and a dream. Out our living room window was a clear view of Fuji San, and the whole house was a mixture of traditional vs modern comforts (aka beds for those not wanting to sleep on futons). The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating.

Kawaguchiko Station Inn is a 1-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Train Station and a 7-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Lake in the Mount Fuji area. It offers a public bath, a Japanese restaurant and free WiFi access. Everything is tiptop. Great location right opposite to train station kawaguchiko. We had an amazing view of mt Fuji from the window. The reception is very kind and polite. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, also in the shared facilities like bathroom or toilet.
