Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.

A 7-minute walk from Lake Kawaguchi, the 2-person cottages at Ururun have a quaint European charm and offer a spa bath with Mount Fuji views. The owner is very kind and helpful. She ordered dinner for us, and even drive us to the station when we checked out. The location is nice and you can see mount Fuji from every window of the villa, but the best part of the stay was the owner's attitude and kindness.
