Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Excellent dinner, listed as buffet (with lot of variety and even lot of alcohol variety), good breakfast. Beautiful view of the lake from the lobby. Coffee machine and chocolates in the lobby. Parking. Large room. Good public onsen. Overwall one of the better hotels we stayed in in Japan.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Everything was amazing, I’m glad I booked this place on for my birthday stay. I wake up with a fabulous view of Mt.Fuji, and the price was fair not too expensive. All the staffs are friendly, the hot springs were amazing as well, they also arrange shuttle bus for us upon arrival.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Amazing experience of a traditional ryokan. The staff was excellent, kind and helpful at all times, rooms were clean and tidy, ours had an amazing view of the lake. You can use most of the facilities for free with some additional ones having a fee. We chose the included dinner and breakfast option, dinner was an amazing experience full of flavors and textures we were not used but definitely liked. Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style, but with both Japanese and western options. In terms of location, I think it’s really good depending on what you want to visit. It is just in front of the lake, and has the red line (i think) bus stop right in front of it, which we used to get there from the train station and to get to other tourist spots around the lake. There’s a lawson just outside, the boat ride in the lake and the panoramic ropeway are also just a few minutes walk away which was very convenient.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Excellent place to stay and relax. Each of the rooms have an outdoor onsen bath, and an indoor wet room with a bathtub and shower. The futons are placed on tatami mats. You are provided pajamas to sleep and Yukata to walk around the Ryokan and the area if you want to. The dinner and breakfast are Kaiseki style.

A 7-minute walk from Lake Kawaguchi, the 2-person cottages at Ururun have a quaint European charm and offer a spa bath with Mount Fuji views. It was clean and comfortable, just as described. The view of Mount Fuji from the cottage was amazing! The owner/staff was very friendly and helpful!

K’s House Mount Fuji is a 19-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Train Station. It offers simple accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a free-use kitchen and spacious lounge in the popular Mount Fuji area. it is very near Lake Kawaguchiko, and the place was really clean as well. Staff are very friendly

The hotel is just in front of the stationso its very convenient to arrive and to move around using buses, the staff is very helpfulm helping to plan plaves to visit around the lake. The views from the room are amazing (if you get a good day), you will see the mt fuji and the station from a perfect perspective. There is also public bath on the top of the building.. again the views from fuji are the best.
