Our son particularly loved the lively badminton matches with the staff who went out of their way to make him feel like family. He was so sad to leave. Heritance Tea Factory Offers you the ultimate colonial- style stay experience enhanced by the tea plantation and the misty mountains. When we arrived we were met by a pleasant personnel, serving warm cloths and tea. The english knowledge of the staff was wonderful, and they were super helpful and they did all they could to make us feel welcomed during the whole stay. Moreover, the hotel is not only a hotel, it’s also a tea factory and a museum. It was a very unique experience, we would definitely recommend it for everyone coming to Nuwara Eliya wanting a real experience in the tea making progress. We will come back!
