The view from the balcony room is unforgettable. A place to enjoy a good cup of tea, looking at the tea plantations that surround you. And you can also see the historic Radella cricket ground from the hotel. My only regret is that I had to come alone on this trip, so couldn't enjoy the beautiful lawn tennis court.

Our son particularly loved the lively badminton matches with the staff who went out of their way to make him feel like family. He was so sad to leave. Free WiFi is accessible in its public areas. was a very nice experience, with a breath taking view. The rooms were also very spacious, very well made. The owner was extra nice and accommodated all my request. explored every part of nuwaraeliya.

Heritance Tea Factory Offers you the ultimate colonial- style stay experience enhanced by the tea plantation and the misty mountains. Beautifully restored industrial building. We were accommodated gracefully despite arriving early and given one of the three rooms with a balcony.

This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi. amazing view and staff very helpful, can’t ask for more. breakfast was also great. it is a small boutique hotel but perfect and fits the purpose if you are staying 2 nights or less

Set in the Nuwara Eliya valley of Sri Lanka’s central highlands, Ferncliff Bungalow is a 10-minute drive from Hakgala Botanical Gardens and Nuwara Eliya Golf Club. Very spacious and comfortable- 6 bedrooms with very large lounge spaces to accommodate any kind of leisure. Set on very large private grounds the property is very peaceful and relaxing yet close to the town and main attractions. We were very lucky to be the only guests for 3 days and were pampered by the wonderful Roshan and his team. Superb cooking, fabulous house keeping, a welcoming fire and a wake up pot of tea to our room first thing. Roshan also arranged transport and laundry for us. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The hotel staff are very attentive to guests’ needs - be it booking car transfers or showing the best hike routes in the area. This place is a gem and we look forward to coming back.
