The view from the balcony room is unforgettable. A place to enjoy a good cup of tea, looking at the tea plantations that surround you. And you can also see the historic Radella cricket ground from the hotel. My only regret is that I had to come alone on this trip, so couldn't enjoy the beautiful lawn tennis court.

Th boss Mr Pranath and the two staffs Mr Anthony and Mdm Grace were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Like their hospitality. Mr Anthony called to check on us if we had reached Ella safely. We were touched by their care and concern. It's a colonial building, 100 over years but the stay was comfortable.

Heritance Tea Factory Offers you the ultimate colonial- style stay experience enhanced by the tea plantation and the misty mountains. When we arrived we were met by a pleasant personnel, serving warm cloths and tea. The english knowledge of the staff was wonderful, and they were super helpful and they did all they could to make us feel welcomed during the whole stay. Moreover, the hotel is not only a hotel, it’s also a tea factory and a museum. It was a very unique experience, we would definitely recommend it for everyone coming to Nuwara Eliya wanting a real experience in the tea making progress. We will come back!

Located in Nuwara Eliya, Serenus Boutique Villa offers a fitness centre. This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi. This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The staff remembered my husband and I from last time and we really enjoyed our stay. Dinner and breakfast were great and the staff are so friendly. The views from the lake are great

The estate manager Bernard and his team went above and beyond always to make our stay absolutely comfortable. I didn't want to leave. If you get a chance, stay here. The experience will stay with you for a lifetime.

The Hill Club is a beautiful property surrounded by Nuwara Eliya’s lush greenery. The accommodation houses 39 well-appointed guestrooms with a DVD player and free Wi-Fi access. Very good Breakfast and Dinner. We had Dinner in Hotel in Formal dining room, the Hotel provided jackets and ties on Loan. It was very authentic British Era Dining experience.

The staff were so attentive and helpful. We were arriving in later than expected and they had food prepared for us. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect as well very close to everything. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation enough - really happy with the accommodation and again the staff were just so great.
