Located in a lush green and serene environment, Hotel Heladiv is located 6 km away from the SLAF Anuradhapura Airport. Free WiFi access is available. The room was clean and large. The food was tasty. Friendly staff and helpful. Also nice scenaries infont the room.

We chose to stay at Heritance Kandalama for the experience of staying at a unique hotel. Our expectations were exceeded and we highly recommend staying a night or two as part of your Sri Lanka experience.

• Bethel Rest is located in a tropical, green and calm area of Hanthana Kandy. Free WiFi access is available in the entire property. Loved everything. The room is comfy. Good ac and hot water always available. Property is beautifully maintained. The family that manages the property are warm and helpful. They have a super cute dog named ASH too! Delicious breakfast was included with the hotel. More value for the amount we paid.

Aliya Resort and Spa - Thema Collection is set amidst lush tropical foliage. Situated just opposite Sigiriya Rock, the resort boasts an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and 4 dining options. The hotel is beautiful, clean the stuff are so nice and helpful. The food in breakfast and dinner was amazing. The pool was so nice we enjoyed it very much.

The bungalow sits atop a hill with a view of a river, hills and forested landscape capturing a picturesque view of Kandy. The morning mist encompasses the bungalow making you feel you're living in the clouds. With an infinity pool and attentive service and a gorgeous property this stay capped my entire Sri Lanka trip. The bungalow is located 15 min drive from the main property but check-in and everything else is handled directly at the bungalow. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Manju (head of housekeeping) took our orders and overall made our stay enjoyable. The food cooked by the private chef was memorable. Would encourage all friends to visit.

Located in the heart of Kandy City, Villa 49 is 1 km from the famous Temple of Tooth. Its restaurant serves local and Western dishes. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided. This villa is a short walk to Kandy lake and about 10-15 mins to the city centre. The villa is an older property with nice views across the valley. We enjoyed watching the monkeys from our balcony as they made their way across the rooftops everyday. The host Shenani and her staff are a delight. Shenani is a great cook and we enjoyed beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner. Shenani also gave us some excellent options for temples to visit in the nearby countryside. Very helpful with onward transport too. Shenani also surprised us with chocolate brownies baked from the Edmonds cookbook which any Kiwi reading this will know well.

Located just 2.5 km from the holy Sri Dalada Maligawa, Sky Pavilion offers contemporary accommodation overlooking Mahaweli River, the mountains and lush greenery. Everything! 😍 It was a nice surprise The hotel is in the high part of Kandy ( facing knuckles mountain and a golden Buddha), the view is spectacular. The Sky Pavilion is a jewel, decorated with taste, it’s quiet , clean and rooms are beautiful all with the stunning view on the mountains and you can also relax by the pool The manager takes a good care of his guests and the staff is really helpful and nice . They will help you with everything, visits, food and drinks , transportation , money change etc… In addition, the cooking is really good , the breakfast is top ! And finally , their Tuk Tuk driver is a gem, he will take you to the best places in the city . I will come back there .

Sigiriya is located within the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Featuring the best view of the Lion’s Rock, it offers an outdoor pool, restaurant and free parking. We had a wonderful overnight stay for my husband's 60th. The staff went out of their way to make it special for him with beautiful decorations in the room, as well as a cake, fruit basket and sweets. Very special.

Featuring seating areas underneath a tropical garden canopy, this historic Sri Lanka Dambulla Rock Arch bed and breakfast is 3.1 km from Dambulla Cave Temple. Features include free breakfast and WiFi.... Our host Susantha helped us visiting near locations with his own car. Breakfast was delicious. Clean rooms.
