Unique hotel is located in wonderful place! Amazing view on the lake, green surroundings, monkey everywhere also including your balcony of the room) Very friendly and welcomed stuff! Great tasty food for valuable money. Well-equiped sportgym. All hotel building is drown in green grass and plans - incredible, we have never seen before such natural decorations travelling around the world. Great jacuzzi with the panoramic view on the lake.

The rooms were so big and comfortable, the staff attends to your needs making you feel pampered throughout your stay, my treatments were just amazing the doctor and therapist are so aware of what you need and they are so kind and attentive..The food when you eat feels so light and is totally tasty the presentation was so good.. I just couldn't wait long enough to take a picture before i ate it. There were peacocks everywhere, the yoga master is amazing.. My stay was unexpectedly amazing as it was a last minute stop this time but i will come again to stay longer as it was what i needed exactly..

Everything was perfect - the main mansion house is gorgeous, our pool villa was massive and nuzzled in a lovely quiet party of the estate where we benefitted from privacy and the sounds of the nature around us.
Food was fantastic as was service. We went on an amazing horse ride into the lake, our guide took the best pictures!

One of the most beautifully designed and located places we’ve stayed. Incredible. At first was sceptical of buffet style food, but the chefs are cooking fresh infront of you, with amazing results we loved it. Especially egg hoppers at breakfast! Seeing the monkeys and other wildlife also a highlight along with the stunning views.
This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff, the setting, the spacious and comfortable designed rooms, the gardens and the swimming pool especially makes it a special place to stay. Very peaceful environment.

The property is very close to Dambulla, but still in a very quiet place surrounded by the nature.
The room was big, comfortable and well designed and furnished.
The food was excellent too and the people working there has been lovely!
A shame we only spent one night there.

Aliya is a really beautiful resort, with a great design inside and throughout the grounds. Our room felt luxurious and comfortable and we loved the welcoming bed decorations. The pool is huge and a great swim. There’s a good view out to Sigiriya from the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.
