Very attentive manager who was there and talked to us at every step of our stay, from check in to check out. We loved everything

The property has one of the best views in Ella, the staff is the nicest we met in 3 weeks Sri Lanka and it is located right around the Main Street in a quieter area. The breakfast is amazing, as are other dishes you can order all day long. We definitely loved that place.

Overlooking scenic nature, The Pinnacle Ella offers modern and tranquil accommodation with free WiFi access in its public areas. I had a great experience at The Pinnacle Ella. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also had lunch at the hotel, and really enjoyed the food. I had read some reviews mentioning issues with the Wi-Fi, but during my stay, it worked perfectly fine. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella.

Located atop the Ella-pass, Ravana Heights stands 1000 m above sea level. Offering picture perfect panoramic views of the Ella Gap and Ella Rock. Rooms overlook the surrounding mountains and Ella... ahhhh, where do I start? the kindest staff? best meals? perfect location or most spacious room design? to start, we visited on our honeymoon while touring Sri Lanka. if you’re reading this you’re probably touring IK too and looking for layovers between cities. Ravana Heights is more of a homestay with a kind mom and responsible dad, you feel comfortable mentally and have an easier sleep - at least for us was like this. my husband couldn’t have enough of coconut and banana pancakes with english royal tea, it was funny because we never had to worry about an empty stomach. I wish we had more time to spend there, all the love to Ravana Heights staff♥️
