Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The service was incredibly friendly and warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious, with no complaints whatsoever. We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very accommodating to our requests, such as allowing us to order room service even after it had officially closed. Additionally, late check-in would have been possible if there had been availability, which showed their flexibility and great customer service. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding and, in our opinion, the best of our entire trip. A special mention goes to the servers at breakfast, who were exceptionally kind and warm-hearted. The internet connection worked exceptionally well, which deserves a special mention, as it made it easy to stay connected throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right in the city centre. While it’s situated on a hill, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues, it was no problem for us. In fact, we appreciated the elevated position as it provided beautiful views from both our room and the hotel’s rooftop terrace. Overall, our experience was fantastic. We traveled as a mother and an adult son, and we felt incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. We are already planning to return and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Planters Bunglow is an boutique style eco friendly property located in Ella. Free WiFi access is available in the public areas of the property. The flora is amazing, very green and they keep it very clear. We stayed in a bungalow and the view was stunning. Very recommended

Overlooking scenic nature, The Pinnacle Ella offers modern and tranquil accommodation with free WiFi access in its public areas. I had a great experience at The Pinnacle Ella. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also had lunch at the hotel, and really enjoyed the food. I had read some reviews mentioning issues with the Wi-Fi, but during my stay, it worked perfectly fine. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella.
