This spacious apartment is located really close to the cities main pedestrian street. (But this street is really long, so get ready for a longer walk to the old town.) The apartment really has everything you can look for. The check-in and collecting the keys was really easy, Nora is a really nice person and she gave me good recommendations regarding restaurants and stuff in the neighborhood. There is a bed and a sofa, also a big desk and sockets are really everywhere, so no problem to charge your phone or laptop. The desk is also suitable for working. Kitchen and bathroom are also full equipped. Nora was also so kind to let me check out a bit later than the official check out, which was very convenient for me. Overall I had a fabulous stay here.

The Pažaislis Park is small and comfortable, family-run hotel surrounded by a pine forest, close to the shores of the Kaunas Reservoir.



The complex in which the hotel is located also features a restaurant with outdoor terrace and the Toscana bath complex. Super hotel. The receptionist was very kind. We were given a better room, which was so cool after driving for 10 hours. It really made our day. The hotel is very cozy. There is a restaurant on the first floor, very tasty food. Breakfast is served according to the menu, fresh and tasty food. We really, really liked it.

The hotel occupies a restored building from the 16th-century, connected by a glass roof with a new one. The restaurant, where breakfast is served, is located in the 16th-century basement decorated with original frescoes. Exceptional, rich breakfast. They even had small panacotas here! Really tested my resolve not to overstuff myself at a morning. :)

The spacious rooms of the Santakos feature a classic interior design, bright pastel-coloured walls and wooden furniture. All have a refrigerator. Most have seating areas. The room was beautiful and way bigger than I expected, I loved the old-time architecture of it. The staff was friendly and helpful, made me feel safe to stay there. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The location is perfect, in the centre but not in a loud or busy street. The overall experience was very pleasant, I highly recommend it.
