How five star hotels should be, in my opinion. Everything about this, one night stay, were perfect. The welcome when you walk in, the brevity of the check-in and the, approx, 10 minutes that took me to be in my room after arriving. Room service was also great as was the night manager who checked me out at 5:15AM.

The location is amazing, right in the city centre, you can go everywhere by foot. Also, breakfast was great with lots of options and everything you could want. Staff was helpful and friendly. I personally loved the shower as it was quite big and had an unlimited amount of really hot water. But the best thing is the design. There's so many beautiful details over the hotel that you can just enjoy wandering around and looking at the decor

Only best words about the staff, all ladies were helpful, polite and smiling. Hotel location is convenient, room was quiet. Good coffee and breakfast in gorgeous Italian restaurant.
