The riad is a real sanctuary. It’s old but absolutely not in a negative way. It’s beautiful and very well maintained. Comfortable beds, comfortable shower and even comfortable toilet paper. The owner and staff really give a lot of attention to small things where many other hotels or riads don’t even think about. Very pleasant, patient and honest owner and staff. The food is one of the best Moroccan diners we had. You can sense it’s made with care and it’s made of fresh ingredients, delicious! If I could give 12 stars I would have done that. Thank you!

Dar Roumana is a 13-minute drive from the centre of Fès and 4 km from the train station. It offers a half-covered terrace with panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains and the Medina of Fès.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yazeen and Muhammed were very cheerful and helpful. We were providing mint tea when we arrived, in a very nice welcoming ceremony. The location was perfect, just inside the old Medina. We came with two bicycles and they found room to store them securely. And the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and the view, spectacular!

We had an amazing experience at Riad Anata! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and attention that we immediately felt at home. The entire team is exceptional, always ready to assist with anything we needed, including organizing our activities in Fez. One of the highlights of our stay was, without a doubt, the Moroccan cooking class with Chef Samira. She guided us with so much patience and joy, sharing the secrets and traditions of Moroccan cuisine in such an engaging and unforgettable way. A unique and delicious experience that we highly recommend to everyone!

The design and decoration are absolutely stunning. The ambiance is peaceful, especially in the lobby. You can enjoy reading or drinking tea while you admire the architecture. There was a sitting area in my floor that was also beautiful and inviting. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and we could see the Medina from there. One night we had a light dinner at the terrace, and the view was gorgeous at night. Something to do! The Medina is 5 minutes away (walking). There’re also restaurants, a pharmacy, little stores, a place to exchange money…. Everything within 5 minutes walk. The staff was the best! That place without them would be just another pretty riad. The staff was always ready to help and make sure we were comfortable and safe. They were kind and accommodating. If I ever went back to Fes, I’d definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience, and I can truly recommend it, because I know you’ll love it!

We spent 2 nights in Fes in Riad Mabrouka. This is magnificent building which was built more than 1000 years ago. Great location - away from noisy streets, but still near all historical places, best restaurants and cafes. Great terrace, delicious breakfast and super helpful staff. Room was super clean, Riad itself was like a museum and time travelling experience. We definitely suggest this place to have great experience.

We had a really warm welcome by Haddou, he picked us up from the taxi place, made us feel really welcome and managed everything that made our stay perfect! We had a beautiful and very tasty diner at the riad, he arranged a private day tour outside Fez with a veryfriendly drivers, showed us a lot places, shops restaurants. And we had nice conversations!
