Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool.

Dar Bensouda’s rooms combine the traditional architecture of the original palace with modern comforts. The rooms and suites are arranged around the fountain courtyard. They are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. The suites have a bathtub and sitting room. Moroccan-owned, historical and professionally restored riad with super nice rooms (the duplex room in particular was amazing). Restaurant has a good dinner and breakfast (honestly, both much better than some of the highly rated places of Google Maps / internet). Generally the whole historically preserved luxury yet cool vibe was nice. Also, they were super helpful with arranging transport and day trips at short notice and good price. Best hotel we have tried in Morocco so far!

Really good value for price paid, good breakfast, quiet and spacious room with powerful A/C. A special mention goes to the staff, in particular to Lahcen, who went above and beyond to make our stay friendlier. He gave us several tips on the area, even booked a local restaurant on the phone on our behalf. Will definitely stay in Riad Sabah whenever we return to Fes.

In the historical part of Fes, Riad Braya features an indoor swimming pool in the patio, a seating area, a courtyard with Italian marble and Moroccan zellige tiles. It has a terrace with mountain views. The interior of the Riad was amazing.

Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the rooftop terrace and relax in the Moroccan lounge. It’s a beautiful Riad just out side of blue gate. Rooms are big and cosy. Very friendly staff. Thanks to Mehdi and his colleagues for looking after us.

Free Wi-Fi access is provided. The Riad is very centrally located in Medina, has amazing traditional interior and a terrace with a great view. Own restaurant with good food, good selection of wine and even shisha. But the best is the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Mehdi even spent some time with me to teach me some Arabic words and phrases- shukran bzaf Mehdi, you made me feel at home! :) I can only recommend!

Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. We love the traditional decor, the comfortable room, and the amazing views from the rooftop patio. Our host was kind and gracious. He picked us up from our parking lot, found a guide for us, gave us tips on how to walk through the medina, and negotiate with the shop keepers, and served us a delicious dinner and breakfast. The riad is clean, comfortable, warm, and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend it!

Located in the Fes Medina, just a 2 minutes from Quaraouiyine Mosque, Riad Kettani’s 3 flowered rooftop terraces overlook the mountains and Medina. A continental breakfast is prepared every morning and can be enjoyed on the terrace. Staying in Riad Kettani in Fez is one of the highlight of our first trip to Marroco...We cannot speak highly enough of Latifah (Hotel Manager) and her team. Very friendly and helpful, she really does make us feel at home (only in a much more beaitiful house than ours :-)), from the home made meal, "emergency" laundry, help with unreserved late night dinner, ...you name it, Latifah has all the solution for us ! The Riad itself is beautiful, spacious, quite but full of history and character. The direction to the Riad within the. old madina is also plenty. Defenitely recommended

Located in Fès Old Medina, Riad Rcif features traditional Moroccan décor, a hammam and a patio with a fountain. It is just an 8-minute walk from the ancient school, Bou Inania Madrasa.

All rooms offer views of the patio or medina, a seating area and TV. The en suite bathrooms feature colourful zellij and tadellakt tiles and a separate bath. The design and decoration are absolutely stunning. The ambiance is peaceful, especially in the lobby. You can enjoy reading or drinking tea while you admire the architecture. There was a sitting area in my floor that was also beautiful and inviting. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and we could see the Medina from there. One night we had a light dinner at the terrace, and the view was gorgeous at night. Something to do! The Medina is 5 minutes away (walking). There’re also restaurants, a pharmacy, little stores, a place to exchange money…. Everything within 5 minutes walk. The staff was the best! That place without them would be just another pretty riad. The staff was always ready to help and make sure we were comfortable and safe. They were kind and accommodating. If I ever went back to Fes, I’d definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience, and I can truly recommend it, because I know you’ll love it!
