The room was comfortable and whenever we ate on the property, it was delicious. Location put us in the center of the Medina which is what we wanted.

This was an amazing experience and GREAT stay! The staff was very friendly and they bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed.

We felt at home ever since we were welcomed by Mr Haddou and his family, who took great care of us. He helped coordinate our day trips, prepared dinner onsite on our first day at Fez and arranged pick- ups and drop- offs. It made our first visit to Morocco memorable and stress free. I can’t thank Mr Haddou enough for his warm hospitality and cheerful demeanor. Also, the manager Mr Noureddine was also very helpful and accommodating.
