Alright, so I stayed at Hotel & Ryad Art Place in Marrakech, and overall, it was pretty amazing. The location? You literally couldn't beat it – right next to the main square and the famous souks. Talk about being in the heart of the action! Breakfast was seriously good – a real highlight of my stay. And the staff, wow, they were incredible. There was this one guy, Ravi, who was always around, super prompt, and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. The room was also a great size, plenty of space to chill.

Riad Rabahsadia is located in Marrakech, 15 km from the international airport, 4 km from the train station and 1 km from Jamaa el Fna Square.

Its bar and lounge has a terrace fitted with sun beds and its courtyard has a seating area around the basin. I am a solo female traveler and this was a wonderful and safe place to spend a few days. I found the breakfast to be wonderful. Each morning there were two eggs brought hot to the table, a variety of warm breads, a selection of confiture, honey, butter. Coffee was in a carafe next to carafe of milk, ready at the table. The earlier you arrive, the hotter the coffee. There was fresh fruit each morning. -- I posted on socials, breakfast is not something you order, breakfast is something that arrives! I really like how solid the building felt and the number of guest spaces were available in addition to the rooms. The stairs were very well lit which felt safe. I was able to enjoy sunshine on the rooftop deck. The Wi-Fi was better than average and strong on multiple floors. There was an obscene amount of hot water and I really liked my shower. The room service congenially arranged my toiletries for me and made my bed. I should add that the thing I like the best was being welcomed by Sarah. She is incredible gem of a host and a true sister to all, a wonderful mother and a warm and enjoyable personality. She really adds color and character to the Riad.

The most relevant for me , was the staff , specially Youssef, he was beyond expectation in terms of being helpful and always with a smile. He genuinely addressed all of our questions and provide assistance with every request , so my wife and I were extremely happy with him) I hope he get this note, and he is outstanding in the work he does!

It truly exceeded our expectations! We booked this hotel for one night as the hotel we were planning/wanted to stay in was reserved for the first night of our trip. We had such an amazing experience, the room was like an apartment and had a beautiful feel, and all the staff was terrific, we dealt with Soumeya Azhari and she was excellent. Overall an excellent value for your money and a great way to experience Marrakesh. Highly recommend it!!

The staff is very nice, accommodating and willing to give advice.

The room is comfortable and the tea is delicious.
