The staff was also very friendly.

The traditional-style riad offers an original patio with a fountain, a glass ceiling and a furnished terrace with plants. Very nice riad, well located and quiet. Very good value for money, nothing else to say!

Guest rooms are spacious with wrought-iron beds and a seating area, opening out onto the patio. Modern facilities include free Wi-Fi access and a private bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was just as expected. The location was walking distance to everything including the train station. The staff was incredible! The guy who checked us in gave us tea and cookies and explained where all the interesting places were on the map and told us how to get there from the Riad. It felt like he was welcoming us into his house. He even recommended a restaurant.

We only had the chance to enjoy breakfast one morning, but it was delicious: fresh baked goods, lemon juice, and rich coffee. The Riad itself is a visual delight, with stunning architecture complemented by a thoughtfully curated collection of art spread throughout, adding richness to the space. There’s also a beautiful rooftop, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. What truly made the stay special was Mahdi’s warm and generous hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

Guests will enjoy the unique decoration, flowers, fruits, books and music. Beautiful surprise of a place! A little oasis tucked into one of the many alleys within the medina. Tranquli, despite being in such a central location. Wonderfully welcoming staff, Miriam was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommended a stay here if you are looking for a riad experience...oh, and the bath was fabulous! Thank you so much, I'll be back!!

We wanted to stay at a riad that was both traditional but designed modern and with a bit of luxury- riad Kalaa delivered more than that! It was simply excellent , great design, clean and beautiful room, very friendly and helpful staff!

With a traditional Moroccan décor, all rooms are individually decorated and feature a desk, a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Incredibly gracious, friendly and helpful host Majid. Advised us where to eat including prices, food quality and directions. The riad is comfortable, well maintained and remarkably clean. We are picky travelers who have several options, but choose to go local, not slick and loved being here. We will advise our friends and family to stay here. We advise you to do so also.

Riad Kalaa is very spacious and features 11 rooms and suites. It was built in 1815 and has been renovated with traditional Moroccan techniques. The rooms are designed to offer you all the comfort you may need. All staff were super friendly.
