Before I started my comments I must to tell a little story ..in the beginning we order the vacation for 26/6 and because the war with Iran our fly was delayed..we suppose to pay a penalty for canceling the vacation but Simona was so good she realy understand our situation and help us do delayed the vacation to July (we only pay to booking the difference of the prise between June to July)the place are realy close to old Town he is clean and the room serves are tealy good .. so if you look for apartments in budve it's the perfect place to rent

All rooms come with a terrace. The hostess of this hotel is amazing, all staff is pleasant. My room was pretty cosy. There are big balcony in the room. Bed comfortable and bathroom really great.

Villa Perla Di Mare Budva is located in Budva at 7 minutes' walking distance from the beach, 5 minutes from the Central Bus Station and 15 minutes from the old town.

Free Wi-Fi is provided at the Villa's café. You can start your day with a rich breakfast buffet. Ease of access to beach and facilities. Hostess was wonderful without being intrusive, lift was a godsend as I am travelling with a heavy bag. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and there were lots of places to eat nearby.

There is a private beach in front of the property. It is 5 km from the centre of Budva. The hotel was perfectly located just steps from the beach, with stunning sea views from the balcony. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
