Situated along the coastline of Maafushi, Arena Beach Hotel features modern and tranquil accommodation with free WiFi access in the entire property including rooms. I recently spent 3 nights at Arena Beach Hotel, marking my first visit to Maafushi Island. Although I wasn’t fortunate enough to experience sunny weather, it didn’t affect my overall enjoyment. My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. Arrival Experience: From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I received all the necessary information about the property. Room: My room was stunning—both stylish and comfortable. I’d like to extend special thanks to my housekeeper, Robel, for providing exceptional service. The balcony offered a breathtaking sea view, which I thoroughly enjoyed while sipping my morning coffee. Spa: During my stay, I visited the Arena Spa and received an incredible massage from Therapist Sonam. I highly recommend trying the spa treatments—they’re a must! Excursions: The hotel offers a variety of excursions, and I joined the popular “Half Day Trip.” This included a visit to a local island to see stingrays, swimming with nurse sharks, and lunch on a picturesque sandbank. The experience was unforgettable! I’d like to give a special shoutout to the guides—Kalu, Shani, and Bippu—for their exceptional care, fantastic video captures, and friendly energy throughout the trip. Staff: The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A big thank you to Reena for assisting me with all my queries. Overall, the entire Arena Team made my vacation truly unforgettable.
