Magda at reception (I hope I got her name right) was very helpful and kind. One of several examples: I broke my glasses immediately before arrival and was having difficulty checking in. Her mother was in the building and walked us to the busy mercado and showed us the optical store. We were able to store our bags before and after check in (we arrived by bus from CDMX). The Hacienda restaurant was excellent. There is also a very good coffee shop right next door.

Located on the top of the mountain, which allows for one of the most beautiful views in Zihuatanejo, located 5 minutes drive from downtown Zihuatanejo and its pier, where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the private jacuzzi and view so much. Comfortable beds and towels were nice. Fresh water dispenser was nice to have and restocked often. We had no problem with the 4 flights of stairs to our room (plus the climb from the road). Might not work for some.
