This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. Service was incredible. All inclusive option was much higher quality than any other resort.

Located on Playa del Carmen's vibrant 5th Avenue, Unic Design Hotel is an elegant property offering accommodations just 5 minutes' walk from Mamitas Beach Club. It was a perfect expérience...the room was clean and stylish...they cleaned it every day. I received free continental breakfast....wow.....the people at the reception were....exceptional...gentle and helpful....,I'm rather a critic person...but this was just great...I recommend highly Unic Design Hotel...thanks for all...

This oceanfront hotel in Playa del Carmen is located directly on the beach, one block from the famous Fifth Avenue entertainment area. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi. Staff extremely helpful and kind always anticipating your every need and going out of their ways to satisfy guests. Room was cleaned very well daily. The bar/restaurant had delicious options and great deals for the drinks (I might or might not have drunk 12 mezcalitas on an afternoon). The staff of the bar was so friendly and the breakfast options were great!

Very pretty ,very clean. Stay at the Suite ; very nice set up and spacious. Love the location. Right at the middle of 5 th Ave , with restaurants and shopping super close. Couple of streets down access to the beach .
