The location of the accommodation was perfect. It's very close to the beaches, the bus station. There are many shops, restaurants and of course the 5th Avenue within walking distance. Mariana was an excellent host.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. Service was incredible. All inclusive option was much higher quality than any other resort.

Located on Playa del Carmen's vibrant 5th Avenue, Unic Design Hotel is an elegant property offering accommodations just 5 minutes' walk from Mamitas Beach Club. It was a perfect expérience...the room was clean and stylish...they cleaned it every day. I received free continental breakfast....wow.....the people at the reception were....exceptional...gentle and helpful....,I'm rather a critic person...but this was just great...I recommend highly Unic Design Hotel...thanks for all...

We loved everything about Xscape. Super helpfull and friendly staff. Big sized room (apartment) with our own pool. Everything feelt very modern and we really liked the design. We had our own microwave, fridge/freezer, coffemaker and there was a safe to lock our valuables. Shampoo, soap, towels.. In other words everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

On Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue, an area known as Little Italy, this small hotel offers unique, but comfortable guestrooms, just steps from the beaches of the Caribbean Sea. The location. It was in the hearth of the 5th avenue. The inside of the reception was beautifully decorated. The staff super cool, warm and very friendly. They explained you everything you need. The room was were fantastic and massive. Also you have 24hs of cold and hot water and the last but not less important, they have an agreement with one of the restaurants around, IL ITALIANO, just around the corner, where you have free breakfast, which was excellent and also you have 30 % discount tickets to use in any food or menu and you can ask for it every time you go there.
