I really enjoyed my stay at Che Suites! The room was very nice, clean, and tidy, with a welcoming touch of music playing when I arrived 🎶. The location was perfect for me—just a short walk to the area with all the restaurants and bars 🍽️🍹, yet far enough to be quiet at night. It’s also very close to the ADO Turística bus station 🚍 and the pier for ferries to Cozumel ⛴️. The rooftop pool is small, so you can’t really swim, but it’s open 24/7 and could be refreshing if needed 🌊. I didn’t end up using it very late, but it’s a nice feature. The service was excellent! Clara was very welcoming and provided helpful information before I arrived, and Miguel at reception was super helpful with everything I needed 🙌. Breakfast was very basic, but I didn’t mind—it’s nice to have the option available. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely book here again! 😊🏡

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

Wonderful quiet hotel, excellent, tasty and very fresh breakfast served by very nice staff. Beautiful very clean beach with more than enough shadow. Comfy places on the beach. The rooms are highly original in design and layout. We were on the top floor and felt like in a tree house. Very nice and helpful staff with a proactive attitude. Seem to enjoy their jobs.

The staff was everything! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The place is beautiful and the room was perfect. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the bus station. Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located to downtown 5th ave. Our room was clean and comfortable, I loved the hammock and spent many hours swinging in it on the patio. Cub Lido beach club was excellent as well for complimentary breakfast and the best coffee on the beach each morning. The servers were also always friendly and welcoming. Our check in was with Hector who was so welcoming and friendly. We also bought tickets from the front desk for Xcaret and it was a breeze, the morning bagged lunch was an additional plus! We loved every moment we were there and when we come back to PDC we will stay here again as well as recommended to friends and family. This was our 2nd time in PDC.

Everything was exceptional. Every member of the staff helpful, the location of the apartment is in the heart of the 5th Avenue. For breakfast you get a voucher for a basic breakfast option - butter, marmelade, portion of fruit and bread (restaurant nearby, d' Italiano), and a discount voucher 20% if you want something other on the menu. Overall, our experience could not be better!
