Located a 10-minute walk from central Tapalpa, Hotel La Casona is a beautiful colonial-style building with a charming central terrace and feng-shui inspired décor. Staff, especially Pamela, were outstanding. All our needs were met and our stay was simply wonderful. The room was lovely and immaculate. There was a fireplace but we didn’t use it since the weather was pleasant. King size bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The breakfasts were fantastic! The entire hotel, including the lovely courtyard, was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Quiet area. A walk to the plaza was pleasant and took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Hotel Danza del Sol is situated 5 minutes’ walk from Ajijic’s town centre and features a games room with a pool table, banquet facilities, and an outdoor swimming pool. The appartement was huge with a big kitchen. Ideal for families and long stays. Feels like living in an hacienda. Breakfast was excellent!

Located next to Uruapan’s Eduardo Ruiz National Park, Mansion del Cupatitzio is a charming colonial-style mansion with a swimming pool. Great staff. Next to a park. Has a pool.

Overlooking Chapala Lake, El Chante hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and a beauty salon. Service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, and the obsidian massage was incredible!

Hacienda del Lago Boutique Hotel offers colonial style accommodation in Ajijic. There are spa services, concierge, an outdoor pool, and a Pod (Nespresso) coffee machine. we've stayed there before, but ended up not using this reservation due to a problem.
