This Adult only property features free private parking. All the staff at the hotel were exceptional especially Jorge and Daniela. The property is extremely well maintained. The gardens are stunningly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant staff very attentive. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles in the turtle garden and seeing the beehive. The cave under the hotel was very unique. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Each air-conditioned room at Casa Tia Micha has modern décor. All rooms have flat-screen cable TV and a minibar. The place is absolutely stunning with a beautiful garden hidden right in the very middle of Valladolid. The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered tending to all of our needs (a couple and a 2-year-old kid plus a grandma). Both the dinner and breakfast included with the room were delicious and very nicely presented and it was lovely not to have to look for food after a long day at Chichen. The included parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient. The building is old, so do not expect modern luxury, but you can't beat the location right off the main plaza, plus the A/C works just fine and the garden more than makes up for that.

He upgraded our room without charge for our honeymoon, drew us a map of Merida with recommendations, carried our luggage to the room, made sure we had cold water for the night, and much more. 10/10. Super cute hotel and outdoor area as well.

Free WiFi access is available throughout. What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!! ADO International Bus Station is 400 metres away and Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal is 400 metres from the hotel. We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect balance of shade and sun options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony. The road was quiet and had security, the area felt safe at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, included clear instructions to access the property, recommended local restaurants, and was available by text at all times. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Facing the beachfront, Villas Caracol offers 4-star accommodation in Holbox Island and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a sea view. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were well appointed and large. The hotel was in my favorite beach in the island.
