The hotel is right on front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. The staff was really friendly and it was extremely easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. We were able to order everything we needed at it was brought to us in no time. The lounge chairs at the beach were included in the price of the room.

The location of the accommodation was perfect. It's very close to the beaches, the bus station. There are many shops, restaurants and of course the 5th Avenue within walking distance. Mariana was an excellent host.

This is quite simply the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade after we let the property know we were celebrating our recent engagement and the room was incredible, enormous space, huge comfortable bed, giant balcony with whirlpool bath, plus welcome gifts and a sweet treat left in our room every night. The beach club is fantastic, never a rush on or lack of sunbeds, the staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond in catering to whatever wants or needs you may have. The pool is wonderful and a great place to cool off in the afternoon heat, the swim up bar is fantastic and the cocktails are incredible, and fairly priced relative to the rest of the island. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious, and we also ate at the restaurant on our final night which was the best meal we had on the island. We also ended up opting to pay for a transfer back to Cancun airport through the hotel, which was a seamless and calm experience compared to sorting taxis/ferry/ADO ourselves. Huge thanks to all the staff for honestly making this the trip of a lifetime for us, we'll certainly be coming back!

We enjoyed breakfast at the cafe each morning. The beach and lots of restaurants are in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Welcoming manager Carlos, great position and facilities, great pool and view back to Can Cun, great breakfast and access to water park and restaurant.

Location was ideal - right on a beautiful part of the beach with very little seaweed, a short walk into town and out of the busy hustle and bustle touristy area. Room was big and very clean. Property was very well taken care of and staff were lovely.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.
