The room was very comfortable and well located. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Majid was very helpful and communicative from the beginning. Location was ideal - right on a beautiful part of the beach with very little seaweed, a short walk into town and out of the busy hustle and bustle touristy area. Room was big and very clean. Property was very well taken care of and staff were lovely.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.
