Excellent hotel. We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and were properly pampered. Amazing freshly cooked breakfasts on a balcony overlooking the beach, cocktails in the swim up bar (all made with fresh fruit and homemade syrups), and incredibly comfortable beds - the pillows are better than ours at home! The beach is far cleaner than some of the other hotels on the ideal, with very little seaweed. It's also in a great location, halfway between the town and the walk to Punta Mosquito, so it's really quiet. All the staff are fantastic, so kind and friendly and all speak wonderful English. The walk to town is about 15 minutes down the beach, or a taxi is about 5 minutes (150 pesos). We had a really excellent time.

Location was ideal - right on a beautiful part of the beach with very little seaweed, a short walk into town and out of the busy hustle and bustle touristy area. Room was big and very clean. Property was very well taken care of and staff were lovely.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The support staff are amazingly attentive; and the place in immaculate condition because of their efforts. The beach is beautiful and Suenos' cabanas give guests wonderful location to relax on the beach. We were there for full week and had a different excellent breakfast each day. Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well. The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
