Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Clean rooms and having a kitchen is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. It is a uphill walk, so using a golf cart for groceries helps.

With only seven cozy cabins, it offered an unparalleled sense of exclusivity and intimacy that made our stay all the more extraordinary. One of the highlights of this boutique hotel was its idyllic location. Tucked away amidst the verdant foliage, it felt like a secret hideaway, far removed from the chaos of the city. The staff at this establishment deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Polite, helpful, and genuinely well-intentioned, they provided an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. What impressed me the most was their remarkable ability to be discreet yet attentive, always ready to fulfill any request with a genuine smile. Their dedication to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. As someone who despises crowded resorts filled with hordes of tourists, I was thrilled to discover that this boutique hotel catered to my preferences perfectly. The limited number of cabins not only ensured a sense of exclusivity but also fostered a warm and intimate atmosphere. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I had no clue where things were. I had to ask for directions, and eventually, everything was explained to me. There was a miscommunication in booking; the room I was assigned was not the one I had reserved. After discussing with the manager, I was transferred to a suite. Despite being advertised as all-inclusive, there was only one restaurant open at a time. Although I was informed there were four, only one was operational. Consequently, we were stuck with buffet meals for three days, with one day offering a different experience where someone took our orders. Nevertheless, all the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the drinks were excellent. The property was very clean. The food and drinks at the beach bar were also great, with another set of excellent staff. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, I wished there were multiple restaurant options, especially since I booked the all-inclusive package with that expectation.
