Everything! Such a lovely place, done with a lot of style in line with the local traditions and such friendly and helpful stuff. Really nice breakfast at the patio was a plus. Offering free WiFi, this Mérida Hotel La Piazzetta is located on Mejorada square and 230 metres from Museo De la Canción Yucateca and just a few blocks from the Cathedral, market and Paseo Montejo. The owner from Nice gave us some of the best service we have ever received. He upgraded our room without charge for our honeymoon, drew us a map of Merida with recommendations, carried our luggage to the room, made sure we had cold water for the night, and much more. 10/10. Super cute hotel and outdoor area as well.

What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!! I hope I can come back soon!! *I’m terrible at taking pictures, so just know, they do not do the food or place justice

Casa del Maya Bed & Breakfast is located in central Merida, nearby Merida’s Cathedral and offers complimentary breakfast for up to 6 guest, free Wi-Fi connection and an outdoor pool. My husband stayed for a week in February and was ill at the beginning of his stay. George & Sarah, the owners, and Aaron, the manager, were very kind and helpful in picking up things he needed for his recovery, and also booking some onward travel for him. We really appreciate their kindness and consideration and highly recommend staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast.

Located in Valladolid's town centre, Hotel Posada San Juan has an outdoor pool, terraces and gardens to offer to its guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great and the hotel is lovely.

Located within Merida's Historic Centre, 1 km away from the city's cathedral and 200 metres from Santiago Park, Hotel Boutique Merida Santiago offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a restaurant. Everything was great. Big and clean Room, beautiful garden, nice pool, fantastic staff. Highly recommend!

Featuring an outdoor pool and set next to Francisco Cantón Park, Hotel Mesón del Marqués is set in a Colonial 17-century house. What an amazing hotel! Decor is beautiful, staff are attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is STUNNING! Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

We booked online and arrived 15 minutes later at the hotel (slightly earlier than normal check-in time at 3pm). We assumed we'd need to wait given we had only just reserved, but they had the reservation already noted and the room ready for us. The hotel is small and personal, with very well designed spaces and parking - and just a short walk to the Monetejo. Perfect for us.
