A beautiful oasis close to the center. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. I would 100 % recommend this accommodation and stay here again.

Palapas Del Sol features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a pool. Beautiful hotel, very clean, close proximity to everything, we never took any taxis and just walked to town every evening. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, quick response to special requests. The only downside was the bar and very limited selection of drinks.

Features include free WiFi, daily breakfast, and rooms with an en suite. Loved how kind and accommodating the staff were. They always answered whatever questions we had and were readily available with anything we needed. The hotel had everything we needed and felt very safe as we were a group of female travellers. Thank you to all the staff members for making our trip memorable and being so kind :) hoping to be back!

The owner from Nice gave us some of the best service we have ever received. He upgraded our room without charge for our honeymoon, drew us a map of Merida with recommendations, carried our luggage to the room, made sure we had cold water for the night, and much more. 10/10. Super cute hotel and outdoor area as well.
