Every meal at the on-site Paloh Restaurant & Bar was a treat, with flavors that perfectly captured the essence of Malaysian cuisine. The attention to detail and quality of the dishes made every dining experience memorable. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth and kindness. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their dedication and friendliness made us feel right at home. We received a complementary upgrade from a premium Seaview room to a beautiful one bedroom suite overlooking the beach. Even though it was raining the whole time we were there, it was beautiful sitting on the lanai, watching the monkeys and the birds while the downpour was going on. All of our meals were spectacular. The champagne at breakfast was a nice touch. Really like the Indian food selections also. The staff is very courteous and efficient. The grounds are beautifully kept. The adjacent Marina is also quite lovely with boats from around the world. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. The only issue was getting a grab after we got back to the jetty. We don’t have Wi-Fi so it would’ve been helpful to have Wi-Fi at that station. In the end, someone at the desk helped us and called the cab friend of his.
