Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

The hotel is very well located- right next to the main train station, where you can travel to all distinctions including the airport. It is attached to the mall with many restaurants and shops. The room is very big and clean. The WiFi is very good. And they give you free mineral water every day, which is a big advantage in my eyes :).

Lovely stay - even the lowest tier room is so spacious. The rooms look fairly new and are beautifully furnished. The hotel breakfast had a great spread. We stayed for our anniversary and had the corner room with a marvellous view over KL. There's also a great sense of historical heritage at the property. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The suite was much larger than expected, very clean, lovely views including (partial) view of the Petronas Towers from one of the bedrooms. Amazing rooftop pool area (Skypool) with jacuzzis with incredible views of the city. The breakfast buffet was extensive with menu changes each day. The highlight (other than the Skypool and jacuzzis) would be the lovely housekeeping and reception staff - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very spacious room, comfortable. The separate walk-in closet is definitely a plus. Plenty of closet and drawer spaces in the room, plenty of counter surfaces too. The location is also very good. The Medan Tuanku Monorail Station is literally at its doorstep, makes it easy to travel anywhere. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Very friendly and helpful staff.
