Spanning an area of 3 shop house units, the property features free WiFi, a restaurant and small museum on the ground floor, which used to be a medical hall. This hotel is incredible. The history, the ambience and the staff are all amazing. This doesn’t even mention the restaurant which also serves outstanding food - especially for how reasonable it all is.

Individually designed rooms are fitted with classic wood furnishings and air conditioning. They have a safe, hairdryer and tea/coffee maker. Breakfast was phenomenal. Toured the hotel and loved learning its history. Staff know you and are ready to help in any way. Plenty to see as soon as you walk out the door but also a pleasure to spend time in the room.

It was beautiful, charming, close to great restaurants and attractions.

Noordin Mews is situated a 5-minute walk from Komtar and 1st Avenue. Heritage Area is a 10-minute walk from the hotel while Gurney Drive is a 15-minute drive away. Really like this hotel. The room is comfortable, the breakfast tastes great which is included in the room fee, and it has a swimming pool to relieve the daytime’s stress!

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. Featuring spacious suites with free Wi-Fi, it an art gallery and its own coffee museum. Location, staff, the schnitzel and Austrian wine at the owners restaurant! We stayed in a ground floor room with the open but enclosed courtyard and having that idyllic private outdoor space was amazing! The breakfasts were superb, the coffee amazing and the room cleaning incredible given the explosive suitcases we seem to have ! It’s close to Chinatown, little india and amazing street food. Listen carefully to the restaurant tips marked on a map when you arrive!! Visit them all. Particularly the Indian and Chinese recs. Another we can highly recommend is nearby ‘Al Bash’. Try their Syrian dips! Wowee The Blue Mansion is a complete rip off but the other nearby Chinese mansion amazing!

Campbell House is conveniently located a 5-minute drive from Penang Museum and is surrounded by a variety of local shopping and eating options. The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi. On-site facilities include an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, a fitness centre and pampering spa treatments. Such a beautiful hotel with great clean and comfortable rooms, we got the sea view facing rooms and it was an absolutely stunning view. I really enjoyed my stay here, very great location to check out the sights and sounds of georgetown!
