It is located in the heart of Georgetown with a lot of Indian, Chinese and Malay food options close by. The hotel has a rich history and the owners have been taking a lot of effort to maintain its charm and character. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Georgetown in a heart beat.

Located in the capital city of Penang, Seven Terraces is only within a 5-minute walk to the significant Goddess of Mercy Temple and the popular Penang Peranakan Mansion. Had a lovely stay at 7 terraces. It's in a nice location to walk around Georgetown. The room was beautifully restored and had all the facilities you'd need - comfy beds and even a nesspreso machine. There is a nice pool area too. The staff were very helpful when we needed a trip to a doctor. They showed great kindness that was very appreciated. We stayed in one of the apartments with 4 adults- there was a double and 2 single beds (upstairs) it was spacious and comfortable with a nice little roof terrace. Sometimes these kinds of places can feel a little stuffy, but not here. The staff were so friendly. It has a lift to the 2nd floor - but be mindful there are steps here and there due to the age of the property.

Ruby and Judy were very friendly and eager to help, with advice for things to do and places to eat, but also very caring when I sprained my ankle.
