The breakfast was amazing with fresh local fruit and specialties. The staff was very kind and understanding (especially in light of our late arrival). The location is in the middle of GeorgeTown (and could not be more centrally located with nearby attractions all within walking distance). There's even a decent sized grocery store across the street if needed. The interior of the hotel is a renovated historic shop/warehouse and is full of charm. Highly recommended.

Laid back, clean, and full of very sweet and sociable cats! I love the way the space is decorated and the room itself had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. Other guests were quiet and generally kept to themselves but also were very kind in the brief interactions I had. If you love cats I highly recommend :)

The best staff in the world, attentive and kind but also self confident and funny. They made our stay amazing and made us feel at home. Very professional and genuine people. Keep it up!!! Fantastic local breakfasts served fresh to the table! The location is perfect, it’s walking distance to anything in Georgetown. The room was spotless clean, free unlimited water and little snacks is a nice touch. The hotel is small and very nicely decorated.

Located in the capital city of Penang, Seven Terraces is only within a 5-minute walk to the significant Goddess of Mercy Temple and the popular Penang Peranakan Mansion. A perfect place to enjoy the Peranakan or Straits Chinese (Fusion of Malay and Chinese cultures) in the heart of this former British colony. The hotel is beautifully renovated and the restaurant (Kebaya Dining Room) serves amazingly delicious food.

We loved the old-world charm of the place. The breakfast was tasty and had an Asian option that changed daily. The staff were all consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. We brought our small dog along for the trip and she was made to feel welcome and cared for. We loved it so much we booked another stay while we were still there.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. We loved the antique feeling of the room, was very clean and convenient to walk to malls nearby. Service was exceptional, shoutout to Judy for making us feel right at home. Cats were very cute and didn't scratch at all. Room was very unique, with wooden floors and the Nyonya feeling. Very clean and very good location. Breakfast had a great variety and service at the cafe was also good.

Looks much better than the pictures :) The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had an early flight and the offered to packed breakfast for us! Good location and nice breakfast
