Very good hotel with polite services.. my mother left her phone when we were checked out.. about 20mins travel on our way back to brunei.. they txted us and told us that a mobile phone left in one room that were in.. We retun back to the hotel and thanks them for such a responsibility service.. we will book this hotel in future.. thanks promenade

The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.

Situated amidst abundant greenery, Sepilok Nature Lodge - Formerly known as Sepilok Nature Resort is a haven for nature lovers. Fantastic resort, great location, excellent design, spacious rooms, helpful, polite and smiling staff, very good food. We much appreciated the setting in nature, being close to the rainforest. We were so lucky - after breakfast a mother orangutan with its baby sitting on a tree just beside the outside restaurant.....

A 3 star hotel situated in the heart of beautiful Kota Kinabalu that offers a modern comfort, simple & value on every guest stay. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Victor from the reception and very polite. The location is convenient and for Malaysian clearness standarts it was very good!
