Situated in Kuching, The Village House is just a 3-minute walk from Santubong Beach and a 7-minute drive from Santubong Mountain and the Sarawak Cultural Village. The Hotel is great! It has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I was very surprised about how lovely the place was decorated. Itˋs a perfect place to slow down and relax for a few days including the possibility to go to one of the national parks close by. It was really quiet at Night and also during the day by the Pool. The staff is really friendly and breakfast is good.

The room climate in particular could be adjusted to a pleasant level without the air from the air conditioning constantly blowing into your face. That was a big advantage. The bed and mattress were super comfortable. Room and bathroom facilities are above average. Very central location.

Staff were so nice and friendly from the moment we arrived. A/C works perfectly, which is often rare. Rooms were nice and quiet and you can actually get a good rest. Located a little way from the main town,, but if the weather is good, it's a nice walk in. We will definitely stay again.
