The gym is really well laid out and equipped. We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean and staffs were very friendly.

My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.
