The location, the food and the friendly staffs. It’s a minute walk to the main street of Bukit Bintang, close to all restaurants and MRT. Breakfast and teatime are included in the booking which is amazing. The room was always clean and it comfortably accommodated 3 adults. Special thanks Mr. Farid from reception, the security person who always welcomed us with a smile and takes great care of Donny (the hotel cat) and Mr. Anamul from the restaurant. All the staffs were super friendly.
