The kitchen in our room was great for preparing dinners, when we just felt like staying in.

The location was so convenient, especially if you’re planning to explore! It’s close to all the amazing hangout spots, and just a short walk from Pavilion Mall, which was a huge plus for shopping and dining.

The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful—especially the person who greeted us each time we entered through the front door, and Bilal, who took care of the 4th floor. We felt at home. I traveled with my parents and my aunt, and we had a lot of luggage; the team helped us so much with that. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the gym and the rooftop area. Another five-star aspect was the location—easy to reach, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to KL.
